2021 SeaWolves On-Line Registration

Welcome to the SeaWolves on-line registration.  In order to access the website and to be considered a member of the Woodcreek SeaWolves for the 2021 swim season, this on-line registration process and payment (through the CCA regsitration page) must be completed.
YOU MUST FIRST REGISTER ON THE CCA WEBSITE PER THE REGISTRATION LETTER INSTRUCTIONS!

Returning Swimmer Registration must be completed by March 2nd!

This on-line registration for the Woodcreek SeaWolves is currenlty permitted for Returning Swimmers ONLY (swimmers that were registered as part of Woodcreek SeaWolves for the 2020 swim season)  or by invitation only from SeaWolves Coaching Staff after attending a Tryout Session.  

Please Note:  The 2021 NCSL Registration is NOT yet open!  We will contact you when the league does open for registrations!

Parent Contract

As a parent of a Woodcreek SeaWolves swimmer(s), I understand it is a part of my fiscal responsibility to the team to participate in the following:

  • I agree to participate equally with other Woodcreek SeaWolves parents in working at regular season swim meets and swim events by helping with our team volunteer assignments as requested.
  • I agree to participate equally with other Woodcreek SeaWolves parents in working during the League Championship swim meet by helping with our volunteer assignments as requested.
  • During the regular season, I will be assigned to volunteer. I agree to check in and communicate with the volunteer chairperson or volunteer coordinator prior to the day of the swim meet or swim event. It is my responsibility to find out what my volunteer assignment is prior to the event.
  • I understand that the minimum number of hours I must volunteer during the regular season is 14 hours. If this requirement is not met, I am aware that my child will not have priority registration for the next season and will have to re-tryout for the team. 
  • I understand that volunteer assignments at the League Championship swim meet are in addition to the regular season 14 hour commitment.
  • I acknowledge that I have been informed of my responsibility to participate in volunteer assignments for both regular season and championship season meets. I understand that this is part of my fiscal responsibility to the team. I agree to participate in these assignments and understand that if I do not do so my child will have to tryout again and apply a deposit to the team for the following season.

Photo/Video Waiver

I understand that Woodcreek SeaWolves reserves the right to photograph and/or videotape facilities, activities and program participants for potential future use. I hereby grant permission to the Woodcreek SeaWolves to use my or my participant’s photograph and/or video footage for any lawful purpose, include for example such purposes as publicity, advertising and website entries. I understand that I will not be paid or receive anything related to Woodcreek SeaWolves use of my/my participant’s photograph and/or video. I understand that all photographs and videos will remain the property of Woodcreek SeaWolves and I acknowledge Woodcreek SeaWolves right to alter or edit any photographs and/or videos at its discretion. I agree to release Woodcreek SeaWolves from any and all legal claims I or a third party may have arising from the use of my/my participant’s photograph and/or video footage.

Northern California Swim League Eligibility

Please certify your swimmer(s) meet(s) the criteria below:

Between the time period commencing on February 1 and continuing through the completion of all four conference championship meets, an individual cannot:

1. Swim in any United States Swimming-sanctioned meet; or

2. Participate in any stroke-and-turn clinic in February

3. Practice with, or competes for, any swimming team other than the swimmer's Team

4. For the period commencing February 1 and ending March 31, participate in any swim practice at the direction or supervision of any coach, meaning any oral or written directions given by a coach to a swimmer. NOTE: THIS RULE IS SUSPENDED FOR 2021!

The exceptions to the rule:

1. Participation on high school swimming teams;

2. Participation on intercollegiate (junior college, community college, college or university) swimming teams;

3. Participation on water polo or synchronized swimming teams;

4. Participation in a stroke-and-turn training program or swimming lessons during the month of March provided the swimmer:

a. Participates no more than 60 minutes in one day;

b. Participates no more than three (3) days in a week, and

c. Swims no more than 50 yards without stopping for instruction.
