Roseville Aquatics Complex
Traveling on I-80, exit Highway 65 North; take the Pleasant Grove Blvd exit; go west on Pleasant Grove Blvd to Woodcreek Oaks Blvd and turn left, the Aquatics Complex will be on the right side. The address is:
Parking is free. If overflow parking is needed, please park in overflow lot across the street or in the Woodcreek High School parking lot (south of the pool) or the library on Pleasant Grove Bl. There is a small drop off area directly in front of the facility.
|Volunteers Needed:||REGULAR SEASON
Ribbons: 3 for all events before breaststroke, 4 during breaststroke, butterfly and PM relays.
Ready Bench: Two Shifts, 2 people per shift.
Timers: Two shifts, 10 timers each shift.
Stroke and turn: Provide 3 judges and a Head S&T per event. (Your team can decide how to schedule them.)
Early Take-off: None
Please send Hy-Tek compatible entry and roster file to firstname.lastname@example.org by 6:00pm the Thursday before the meet. Entry sheets will be returned no later than Friday evening. Any scratches after the entry sheets are published should be covered during the scratch session the day of the meet.
Visiting teams will have a designated area for team tents/pop-ups located behind the facility by the tennis courts. Families are welcome to setup where there is space available, preferably not on the pool deck itself.
Tarps are not allowed on the grass in any area.
|Snack Bar:||Limited snack bar available during COVID.
Full breakfast and lunch items offered. Hot and cold. (Availability varies)
Visiting team warm up time is 7:45am to 8:15am
Visiting team scratch session will begin at 7:30 in the CCA office located on the Northeast end of the pool.
We will be uploading results to Meet Mobile* as the meet progresses. (* Meet Mobile can be download from the Apple or Google App Store and requires an annual subscription.)
Scoring will be by Nor Cal Swim League rules.
|Starts:||No Fly-over starts during COVID. All swimmers will start on the same side on the pool and the timers will move when needed.
We will use fly-over starts for all applicable individual heats (50 yds or greater) for ages 11 and older.
There will be 2 timers per lane. Each team is responsible for having 20 timer volunteers (10 per shift).
|Ready Bench:||Swimmers over 13 do not use the ready bench. Relay races do not use the ready bench.|
