Traveling on I-80, exit Highway 65 North; take the Pleasant Grove Blvd exit; go west on Pleasant Grove Blvd to Woodcreek Oaks Blvd and turn left, the Aquatics Complex will be on the right side. The address is: 3051 Woodcreek Oaks Blvd., Roseville, CA 95747 |
| Parking: |
Parking is free. If overflow parking is needed, please park in the overflow lot across the street or in the Woodcreek High School parking lot (south of the pool) or the library on Pleasant Grove Bl. There is a small drop-off area directly in front of the facility. There are reserved parking spots in the front of the facility for our vendors. The parking spots along the high school next to the tennis courts are reserved for Woodcreek SeaWolves coaches, board members, and certain snack bar personnel. |
| Volunteers Needed: |
We have 2 shifts for volunteers. Shift change will happen after 15-18 Men's backstroke. Ribbons: 3 volunteers for shift 1, and 4 during for shift 2. The ribbons table is located next to the computers. Ready Bench: 2 volunteers per shift. The ready bench is located behind the blocks in the grass area in front of the slide. Timers: 15 timers each shift. The Timer meeting is at 8:15 AM by the computer table, behind lane 1. Stroke and turn: Provide 3 judges and a Head S&T per shift. The Stroke and Turn meeting is at 7:45 AM by the classroom to the left of the men's locker room. Early Take-off: 2 early take-off judges per relay. |

Please send Hy-Tek compatible entry and roster file to [email protected] by 6:00pm the Thursday before the meet. Entry sheets will be returned no later than Friday evening. Any scratches after the entry sheets are published should be covered during the scratch session the day of the meet. |
| Team Area: |
Visiting teams will have a designated area for team tents/pop-ups next to the gated splash pad with overflow space behind the facility by the tennis courts. There is a sliding black gate that will remain open to allow your team to access the pool deck. Families are welcome to set up where there is space available, preferably not on the pool deck itself.
Tarps are not allowed on the grass in any area. Visiting team set up may begin as early as 6:00 AM. |
| Snack Bar: | Wolf Pack Snack Shack is open for business! We are located in the back of the facility past the bleachers. We offer breakfast and lunch options along with snacks and drinks. Click here to view our current menu. Please note the prices and items are subject to change. Cash and card accepted. Please, no coins. For the 2024 season, we will have:

| Warms Ups: |
Visiting team warm-up time is 7:45 am to 8:15 am |
| Scratches: |
Visiting team scratch session will begin at 7:30 and needs to conclude by 7:45, if possible, to ensure we can begin the meet promptly at 8:30. Scratch session is located in the computer office on the Northeast end of the pool. Please note that the office location changed in 2024. It is directly next to the previous office with the double doors. |
| Results: |
We will be uploading results to Meet Mobile* as the meet progresses. (* Meet Mobile can be downloaded from the Apple or Google App Store and requires an annual subscription.) |
| Scoring: |
Scoring will be by Nor Cal Swim League rules. |
| Starts: |
We will use fly-over starts for all applicable individual heats (50 yds or greater) for ages 11 and older. |
| Timing: |
There will be 3 timers per lane. Each team is responsible for having 30 timer volunteers (15 per shift). WSW will provide 1 timer in even lanes and 2 timers in odd lanes. |
| Ready Bench: | Swimmers over 13 do not use the ready bench. Relay races do not use the ready bench. |
