Woodcreek SeaWolves Board of Directors
The Woodcreek SeaWolves is an independent recreation swim team in Roseville, California. The SeaWolves have a Parent Board to act in the best interests of the swimmers, coaches, and parents. These hard working, dedicated parents ensure the success of the Woodcreek SeaWolves and all of the kids that swim on it. Board meetings are the third Wednesday of every month at one of the Board member's houses. Contact the Chairperson if you have an Agenda item or are looking to fill an open position.

- Be proactive in creating a fun and safe environment for swimmers, parents, coaches and other teams.
- Work with the board to set up all committee chairs before the season starts.
- Review volunteer sign-ups on the Seawolves website to ensure adequate coverage of various jobs for all Seawolves meets, Conference Championships and other events during the season.
- Attend monthly Seawolves board meetings to report progress on various activities and provide input on various items during board meetings.
- Be on deck for every home meet to make sure all areas are running smoothly, get lunch for volunteers that stay in their position for the entire home meet (meet ref, head timer, head stroke and turn, Colorado operator, and meet director(s) etc.), and oversee setup/teardown before and after the meet.
- Assist the President in the role of Meet Coordinator.
- Be available during meets and Seawolves events.
- Provide back-up to any duties President is unable to perform.
- After one year in this position, moves into the position of President for one year.
- Position satisfies annual family volunteer requirement.

Nor Cal Swim League Rep
Keith Watson
- Serve as a liaison between the City, the Seawolves Parent Board, the league and other teams.
- Attend monthly Nor-Cal Swim League meetings and represent the Seawolves in league affairs
- Coordinate with the City of Roseville to confirm pool availability for home swim meets.
- Coordinate with league reps from other teams to set season meet schedule.
- Attend Seawolves Parent Board meetings to advise the board on league meeting activities and provide input and votes on various items during board meetings.

Fundraising

- Recruit volunteers to assist in organizing and running fundraising events and soliciting corporate donations.
- Organize the Swim-a-thon fundraiser:
- Obtain donations from area businesses. This can include products/services for a raffle, items to sell at the snack bar or Wolf Wear Boutique, or sponsorships.
- Attend monthly Parent Board meetings to report progress and provide input and on various items during board meetings.
