Required Review and Acknowledgment of WSW Code of Conduct
Dear Woodcreek SeaWolves Families,
During the off-season, our league developed a Code of Conduct that all participants are required to follow. In order to stay aligned with league expectations and address issues that have occurred over the last several years, the Woodcreek SeaWolves Swim Team has also developed a Team Code of Conduct that applies to all swimmers, parents/guardians, and guests, effective immediately.
Behaviors such as bullying, foul language, aggression, disrespectful conduct, and any other actions that do not align with our team values and ethics will not be tolerated.
As a reminder, the stated goal of the Woodcreek SeaWolves Swim Team is:
“The goal of the Woodcreek SeaWolves Swim Team is to develop lifelong positive attitudes and skills through the sport of competitive swimming. The program stresses safety, fun, individual skill development, goal setting and achievement, social development, fitness, and recreational competition.”
Any behavior that disrupts our swimmers’ ability to achieve these goals or negatively impacts the team environment will not be accepted.
Attached you will find the Team Code of Conduct. Every family is required to complete and sign the accompanying acknowledgment form agreeing to abide by the Code of Conduct.

The above form must be submitted by May 30. If a family has not completed and signed the form by that date, their swimmer(s) will not be permitted to participate in any team activities until the form is received. This includes swim practices, swim meets, and social events.
We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment for all members of our team.
Thank you,
