Hello Seawolves!!

Practice is CANCELLED for today Wednesday, July 15th due to the extreme heat and rising pool temperatures. The Coaches have given your swimmers a fun Ab workout which should be completed indoors. Please have your swimmer continue to hydrate and prepare for remaining practices this week.

REMINDERS:

The deadline to declare your swimmer's attendance for Champs is TONIGHT, JULY 15TH BY 9:00 PM. Please make sure you double check that you are declared.

The deadline to sign up for Volunteer positions for Champs is also TONIGHT, JULY 15TH BY 6:00 PM. Please make sure your family has signed up for a position and remember that Champs has its own Volunteer requirement, this is not part of our regular season points.
