We had a great meet this weekend, make sure you check out the Coaches Corner for all the improvements, records and more!

RIBBONS- Elk Grove only has ribbons printed up to the long free events from Saturday, they will print the remaining ribbons and have them to us at Champs.

Be sure to declare your attendance for Champs by this Wednesday, July 15th by 9pm.

For those who have qualified for MOC, I have included the link for you to register on the MOC page of this Newsletter! The deadline to register for MOC is Sunday, July 26th at 10pm. 

Swim-A-Thon prizes will be out on deck today, stop by and grab your prizes!
